WHAT TYPE OF PRINT FILES DO YOU REQUIRE?
We accept many standard image file types which include any of the following:
JPG
GIF
PNG
TIFF
EPS
PSD
AI
AI files, or Adobe Illustrator vector files, are the preferred file type for printing as these are layered files which allow for editing by our design team. EPS and SVG are other print-ready vector files that are recommended. If this file type is not an available option to you, a high-quality raster image of 300 DPI or better will also print well.
WHAT IS A DIGITAL PROOF FOR CUSTOM BOXES?
A digital proof is a visual representation of how your artwork will appear on your custom box once printed. It serves as your final review stage, allowing you to check colors, alignment, and overall design at your selected box dimensions before production begins.
Unlike automated proofing systems, our expert designers personally review and prepare your proof, ensuring accuracy and highlighting any potential issues before printing. If necessary, they will work with you to make adjustments for a flawless final result.
Your proof may also include guidelines such as safe zones and cut lines, helping you understand how your design will be positioned on the box.
We provide a free digital proof via email within 1 business day after you place your order. For the best viewing experience, we recommend checking your proof on a desktop or laptop. You’ll have the option to approve or request changes before we proceed with printing. Please note that requesting revisions may extend the production timeline as we prepare and send a revised proof for your approval.
Printing does not begin until your proof is approved.
IN WHAT TURNAROUND TIME YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED?
On an average scale, we make sure that we deliver the order in 16-18 business days after the completion and approval of the order.
HOW DO I MEASURE THE LENGTH, WIDTH, AND HEIGHT OF MY CUSTOM PRINTED BOX?
To ensure a perfect fit for your product, measure the inside dimensions of your box as follows:
Length (L): Measure from left to right along the longer side of the box.
Width (W): Measure from front to back along the shorter side.
Height (H): Measure from the top to bottom, ensuring the correct depth for your product.
Tip: Always measure the inside dimensions rather than the outside to ensure an exact fit, especially if your product requires snug packaging. If you’re unsure, our team can help guide you through selecting the right dimensions for your needs
WHAT DOES 4/0 AND 4/4 MEAN IN CUSTOM BOX PRINTING?
In printing terminology:
4/0 Printing – Full-color printing on one side only, which applies to the outside panels of the finished box. The inside remains unprinted.
4/4 Printing – Full-color printing on both sides, allowing you to customize both the outside and inside of the box, including flaps and interior panels.

IN WHAT FORMS THE BOXES ARE SHIPPED?
All Boxes are completely shipped flat and being pre-assembled (Glued).
DO WE OFFER OUR SERVICES OUTSIDE THE USA?
Yes, we offer services UK, Canada and Australia as well.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON AN IMMEDIATE BASIS?
We offer free shipping on orders that follow our standard turnaround time (TAT). For rush or expedited orders, additional shipping charges may apply.
